Dental emergencies

What happens in a dental emergency?

When you call us with an urgent issue, our team in Radyr will ask a few questions to understand your symptoms and assess the severity. During normal opening hours, we aim to offer same-day emergency appointments wherever possible. Your dentist will examine the affected area, provide immediate relief where needed, and outline the next steps for treatment.

If your emergency occurs outside regular hours, you can still contact the practice and select the out-of-hours emergency option. You’ll be given clear guidance on what to do next and how to manage your symptoms safely until you can be seen.
